All strategic partners must provide CSA members with tangible value not otherwise available to them, and must provide a meaningful royalty to CSA on all sales to its members.
Specific Criteria:
1. The reputation of the strategic partner company must be positive and strong,
2. It’s Products and/or Services are used and/or needed by majority of CSA members,
3. Partner provides meaningful discounts and/or enhanced services to CSA members,
4. Partner provides a fair commission to CSA on sales and renewals to CSA members,
5. Each Strategic Partner is also a dues-paying member of CSA.
Applications to become a CSA Strategic Partner must be approved by the CSA Executive Committee.
During the term of the agreement, CSA will provide exclusive highlighting of that partner's services within the partner's business niche or industry. Strategic Partner agreements are typically annual agreements, renewable with Executive Committee approval. Competitors of existing partners may apply for a partnership, but will not be considered by the Executive Committee until the existing agreement has concluded.
