Labor Relations

CSA's primary focus is to work on the Service Contract Act, which includes the SCA Directory of Occupations, Wage Determination, and Health and Welfare Fringe Rates. The Committee also monitors the Davis-Bacon Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act.
