A joint program of the US Department of Labor and the Contract Services Association.
The Davis-Bacon Act sets strict rules for wages and benefits of covered employees on Federal construction contracts.
Unfortunately, contract administration under the Davis-Bacon Act is not clear nor straightforward and can trip up even the most conscientious firms.
You can figure it out on your own, but a mistake can permit the government to withhold payments, cancel the contract outright, or even debar your firm from further contracts.
The preferable way to work within the Act is to be instructed by the Department of Labor officials who administer the Act -- and that is exactly who is teaching this course. Learning by trial and error is not the way to go.
CSA and the US Department of Labor created the Davis-Bacon Act Training Program to help your firm comply with the Act.
Whether your firm is having compliance problems, needs to train new staff, or wants to make sure your procedures are sound, this authoritative course will send you away with the answers you need.
This course is a great opportunity for your company to learn how to comply with the rules and regulations from the regulators at the Department of Labor. You will also have ample opportunity to meet one-on-one with to get advice that relates to your company's particular concerns.
